Do you remember your first piercing?
Yes, very well! I remember it being a big thing because I had this idea that piercings weren’t for me as I’ve never felt like “one of the cool girls”, but then I had a bit of a rebellious moment, and I did it! I was VERY proud of myself!
Do any of your piercings hold a special meaning to you?
All of them do. It’s been a big step for me personally to allow myself to get pierced and find my own style. I love diamonds and gold and loved finding out that you can pretty much get any kind you want. It’s such a cool journey to be on within my own personal style.
How do you feel after getting pierced?
I feel amazing! Empowered and like I could do just about anything. For instance, I’m really afraid of heights, and I remember this one time I got a piercing, and I thought to myself afterwards: “if someone asked me to bungee jump right now, I’d do it!”
