You are always welcome to buy earrings in pairs. However, we sell all pieces of jewellery separately to allow every customer to personalise their look by combining different earrings across various collections, creating a unique and asymmetrical look.
You can always find inspiration for styling on our Instagram @lineandjo. If you wish for personal guidance, you can book a styling session with our knowledgeable boutique staff in Copenhagen.

As a goldsmith company, LINE HALLBERG is always ready to make the necessary repairs to bring your fine jewellery back to life.
Each repair is different, so please always start by sending an email to customercare@linehallberg.com. Your email should include close-up photos of your piece of jewellery, contact information, a copy of your original receipt or if the jewellery was purchased online, your reference number as well as details of the product. With this information ,a goldsmith will take a closer look at your item and we will get back to you on how to proceed.
You can also bring your piece of jewellery to one of our boutique in Copenhagen, and our staff will help you.

If you have your eye on a piece of jewellery from LINE HALLBERG Atelier, but it is not available in your size, please do not hesitate to reach out at customercare@linehallberg.com, so we can order the piece for you. This will result in a longer shipping time than usual, but we will make sure to get it to you as quickly as possible.
If you bring your grey ruthenium-covered jewellery to our boutique in Copenhagen, we do offer the service of getting the ruthenium polished off of the jewellery. However, depending on the design of the jewellery, there is no guarantee that the grey can be polished off completely.
If you have a gift card or a coupon that you would like to use, but keep seeing error messages when trying to, it can be one of three things:
1 – The coupon is for our Danish site, www.linehallberg.com/da, and you’ve tried using it on the English site – or vice versa. Click the language switcher in the top right corner, and try again.
2 – The gift card is for the Boutiques only. These cannot be used online, but only in our boutique in Copenhagen. If you wish to convert your gift card to an online gift card, you can do so by contacting customercare@linehallberg.com.
3 – The gift card has already been used.
If your click earring is either too tight to insert into its lock or too loose to grip within the lock, luckily, there is a very easy fix that you can do yourself.
