DELIVERY
Line&Jo Online boutique aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days in certain periods. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Danish public holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. Line&Jo Online boutique only sell and ship to the following countries:

Requests from countries outside the EU or the above mentioned countries are welcome. Please feel free to take contact either by email to customercare@lineandjo.com or through the “Contact“ below.
Each purchase is shipped as an insured and traceable parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please note that the parcel cannot be left to you without a signature and that couriers usually operates between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), you accept that evidence of a signature by the recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Line&Jo Online boutique and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, destination customs clearance, local postal services or absence of the recipient on the delivery address.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Offices Boxes.

RETURNS
Making a return is easy. Just follow these steps:
1.     Complete your return details on the returns form which is included in the delivery box, and enclose it with the items you want to return.
2.     You should send the items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit.
3.     Send your package to Line&Jo, Gothersgade 29, 1123 København K, Denmark, Att:  Customercare.
Before sending the package, please read the following.

RETURN POLICY
You can cancel your order within 14 days upon delivery, and we offer a refund on purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the products. The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition, i.e. intact, undamaged, unused and with their original seal and as soon as reasonably possible. You must not remove any of the security tags or other tags from the product. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

You will also need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition at your own cost. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our address. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

FAULTY OR ONCORRECT GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of the purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size and color, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a refund.

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact customercare@lineandjo.com quoting your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and replace, repair or issue you a refund, subject to our confirmation of the fault.

RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on your invoice and return it with the goods.  All returns should go to the below address:

Please Note: The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service or courier service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.

When you return a product to us for a refund:

(1) because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full (excluding the cost of sending the item to you). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

(2) for any other reason, including faulty Products, we will examine the returned product and then notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. If the refund is confirmed by us, we will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty product. Products returned by you because of a defect that has been confirmed by us will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.  In all other situations, you will be responsible for the delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to the above procedure. It is not possible to obtain a refund or exchange of an online purchase in any store. Items should be returned sealed and unused. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

ORDRE OG LEVERING
Vi forsøger så vidt muligt at behandle alle ordrer indenfor 48 timer ift. betalingsgodkendelse og lagerbeholding. I bestemte perioder kan behandlingen af en ordrer dog vare op til 5 dage. Vi behandler løbende ordrer mandag til fredag indenfor normal kontortid  - men ikke på nationale søgne- og helligdage. Når en ordrer er afsendt, kan vi desværre ikke omdirigere den.

De angivne estimerede leveringstider skal opfattes som vejledende og begynder fra afsendelsesdatoen. Line&Jo Online Butik kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for forsinkelser der skyldes destinationens toldregler, den lokale postomdeling eller at pakken ikke kan afleveres på adressen. Vær opmærksom på at pakkeomdelingen typisk opererer indenfor tidsrummet 10-18 og at aflevering af forsendelse kræver underskrift. Du er derfor velkommen til at angive en alternativ modtageradresse – f.eks. din arbejdsadresse.

Hvis du har specificeret en anden modtager, f.eks. som gavemodtager, accepterer du samtidig at en underskrift fra denne person, eller en anden på modtageradressen, er bevis for leverancen har fundet sted, og at ansvaret for den pågældende vare er overgået til signaturholderen.

Ved handel i Line&Jo Online Butik tilføjes forsendelsesomkostningerne til dit køb, og både forsendelsesomkostninger, såvel som det totale beløb, vises inden du godkender bestillingen af et smykke. Forsendelser i Danmark sker via Postdanmark, og de sendes som pakkepost, således at du kan følge pakkens vej. Køb og forsendelse af Line&Jo smykker kan kun ske til følgende lande:

RETURNERING & REFUNDERING

Line&Jo tilbyder i overensstemmelse med loven 14 dages returret. Skulle det leverede smykke ikke leve op til dine forventninger, skal du straks returnere det til os. Vi tilbyder tilbagebetaling, hvis et smykke leveres tilbage i samme stand, som det blev leveret i, og indenfor 14 dage regnet fra dagen efter du har modtaget varerne. Bemærk at plomberingen ikke må have været brudt, og at vi heller ikke tager imod returnerede smykker der bærer tegn af at have været brugt. Returnering af et smykke sker for kundens regning og på kundens risiko. 

Når du beslutter dig for at returnere en vare, uanset årsagen, må den ikke tages i brug. Endvidere skal alle vores produkter håndteres med største omhu, mens de er i din besiddelse. Varerne skal returneres til os intakt, ubeskadiget, i deres originale emballage og så hurtigt som muligt. Du skal ikke fjerne sikkerhedshensyn eller andre mærker eller plombering fra produktet. Når du skal prøve uplomberede varer, skal du sikre at:

-    håndtere produktet med forsigtighed og uden brug af unødig kraft,

-    du ikke bærer kosmetiske produkter der kan efterlade mærke i produktets overflade.

Vær opmærksom på, at vi ikke tager smykker tilbage, der har tydelige tegn efter brug, hvis plombering er brudt eller i fald smykket på anden vis er kommet til skade. Du må altså ikke fjerne plombering, eventuelle sikkerhedshensyn eller andre mærker fra produktet. Du har også en juridisk forpligtelse til at omgås produkterne med rimelig omhu, mens de er i din besiddelse. Hvis du ikke overholder denne forpligtelse, kan vi have ret til kompensation fra dig.

For at kunne behandle din returnering hurtigt og effektivt, skal du udfylde returneringsskemaet som lå i pakken, da du modtog den, og vedlægge din faktura i returpakken. Alle returneringer skal gå til nedenstående adresse: Line & Jo, Gothersgade 29, 1123 København K. Att. Customer Care

Bemærk at produktets beskaffenhed er dit fulde ansvar indtil det når frem til os. Vi anbefaler, at du sender varen til os med en postservice, der forsikrer dig for værdien af varerne, da du hæfter for evt. bortkommelse af varerne, indtil de når os. Omkostningerne ved returnering af varen til os, er dit ansvar, medmindre varernes defekt bekræftes af os.

Når du returnerer et produkt til os for en refundering:

a)    fordi du har annulleret dit køb indenfor de 14 dages fortrydelsesfrist, vil vi behandle refunderingen så hurtigt som muligt og under alle omstændigheder senest 30 dage efter, du har givet os skriftlig meddelelse om din fortrydelse. I dette tilfælde vil vi refundere prisen for produktet helt (bortset fra udgifterne til udsendelse af varen til dig). Du vil blive ansvarlig for udgifterne til returnering af varen til os.

b)    af andre årsager, herunder defekte produkter, vil vi undersøge de returnerede produkter, og vi vil give dig besked om din refundering via e-mail indenfor en rimelig frist. Hvis refunderingen er bekræftet af os, vil vi normalt behandle tilbagebetalingen så hurtigt som muligt og under alle omstændigheder senest 30 dage efter dagen for modtagelse af varen. Produkter hvor vi har bekræftet en defekt, vil blive refunderet fuldt ud, inklusiv dine forsendelsesomkostninger. I alle andre situationer, vil du være ansvarlig for omkostninger i forbindelse med forsendelse og udgifter til returnering af varen til os.

Vi refunderer kun til kortet og kortholderen, som oprindeligt foretog købet. Alle tilbagebetalinger og udvekslinger er omfattet af ovennævnte procedure. Det er ikke muligt at opnå en tilbagebetaling eller en ombytning af et onlinekøb i Line & Jo Store.
